Shipping Information
This website shopping cart reflects items that are in stock, unless otherwise noted in the description. For in stock items, they are typically placed in the mail within 3 business days. They are shipped via USPS priority mail for $10.00, which usually takes 2-3 additional business days to get to you.
Please note this is not a guaranteed service by USPS and could take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your item as been shipped. Given the timing described above, it may take up to 5 business days to get your tracking number.
The shipping time described here is designed to fit into the entrepreneurial nature of my business, my shows, and my teaching schedule. Thank you for understanding that my availability fluctuates.
Returns & Exchanges
Most Ladysmith customers love what they purchase. In the rare case that something needs to be exchanged or returned, please review the policies and expectations stated here, then contact me to process the return/exchange.
Returns must happen with 15 days.
Exchanges must happen within 30 days.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Original shipping amount is non-refundable, if applicable.
Custom work is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If items are exchanged, it must be for equal or greater value. If it’s for a greater value, customer pays the difference + tax.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges and returns.
Customers are responsible for providing safe shipment. A box or padded envelope is recommended.
Please secure a tracking number for anything being shipped.
Include a note in the package with the exchange/return details, your email, and return shipping address.
